How it works

  1. Copy the tweet linkOn X, press Share on the tweet and choose Copy link. In a browser, copy the address from the address bar.
  2. Paste it abovePress Get media. Each video, photo or GIF in the tweet shows up as its own card.
  3. Press DownloadVideos and GIFs save as MP4, photos save in their original size.

X stores GIFs as tiny looping videos, so that is what you get: an MP4 that plays on a loop in most apps and players. Paste the tweet's link and the GIF appears with a GIF label.
